PNC Wallet

PROJECT DESCRIPTION    |   This work was completed in 2014-2015 as a part of PNC's mobile payment initiative. I was the UX designer/Product Manager on a 6-person cross-functional PNC team that worked with partners at Visa, Apple, and Google to integrate PNC credit and debit cards into Visa's tokenization platform and OS wallets. Additional work included developing self-service card activation flows within three PNC mobile banking apps, specs for an in-app mobile wallet feature, customer support with chat and care center teams, and product marketing.
